Study Abroad and worldwide internships

Because EAC believes that a career goes beyond borders, it encourages students to really take advantage of the world. Besides offering courses in french and english, the school puts forward internships and exchange programs that give you a new way of life on a personal and professional level.

Study Abroad

You are enrolled in an initial training course and you wish to experience life abroad ?

At EAC, you can carry out a mobility in Europe and/or abroad for the duration of a semester.

Requirements :

  • Only available from 2nd year of Bachelor’s degree.
  • Have all the required ECTS credits at the exams.
  • Have a teaching manager approve your project.

Admission process

1/ Set up an application file :

  • Choose the partner university in which you would like to study.
  • Fill out the application form and transfer the required documents (CV, cover letter, etc).
  • Provide an official english test (IELTS 6 minimum).
  • Prepare the list of classes you wish to take at the partner school.
  • Send the complete file to the International Relations department at the following address : international@ad-education.com.

2/ Nomination from the partner school :

  • If your application is taken on by the International Relations department and the Educational department, a meeting will be set up with your teaching manager to choose from a given list the classes you would like to take. (30 ECTS minimum per semester)
  • As soon as your application is approved, we send an e-mail nominating you for the exchange at the partner school.

3/ Evaluation & validation of your application by the partner school :

  • The partner establishment contacts you directly in order to collect the right elements from your application (online application or via e-mail).
  • The partner establishment will give you answer within 5 weeks depending on the hand-in deadline and will decide on your candidacy. It is the sole decision-maker on whether you can b admitted or not as an exchange student.
  • In case of admission : you will receive a letter of admission from the partner establishment.

4/ Signature of the Erasmus+ contracts for Erasmus students / signature of the international students form for non-Erasmus students.

To finalize your admission in the partner school, EAC will ask you to sign a study contract (3 signatures : student, EAC, partner school).

5/ Linguistic preparation (Only for Erasmus students).

  • You will have to take a language test on OLS platform before and after you leave.
    The OLS platform was set up by the Erasmus programme. It is mandatory for all students.

6/ Final report to hand in only for Erasmus students.

At the end of your mobility, you will receive an e-mail from the Erasmus agency asking you to answer an online questionnaire.

All students doing this mobility as part of the Erasmus program can be granted a financial support. For more information, contact the International Relations department.

Students wishing to do a work placement in France, Europe or abroad are invited to get in touch with the Occupational Integration department which will guide them and help find the right internship.

If you are enrolled in one of the initial training at EAC, you can have the opportunity to do an internship in Europe subsidized by the Erasmus programme !

Requirements :

  • Be enrolled in at least 1st year of Bachelor’s degree.
  • Have a signed internship agreement in Europe, in which the missions correspond to your field of study.
  • Inform the company that you wish to a an internship as part of the Erasmus+ program.
  • Specify if the internship allows you to get the needed ECTS credits.
  • Minimum duration :  2 months full-time.

Application for a traineeship :

1/ Put together you admission file :

Send the following documents to the International Relations (IR) department in order to obtain a grant and the signed internship agreement:

  • CV.
  • Cover letter.

2/ Evaluation/ approval of your admission file :

If your file is approved, the IR department will inform you within 15 days and let you know the amount of your traineeship

3/ Signature of Erasmus+ contracts :

As to formalize you intern status as part of Erasmus, the IR department will ask you to sign the Erasmus contract (3 signatures : student, company, EAC).

  • 2nd semester : 1st of October
