This website is usually always accessible to users. The Ecole EAC may decide to suspend the service for technical maintenance. The Ecole EAC will strive to give users prior notice abot the time and dates of technical interventions.

The aim of the website is providing information on the activities of the enterprise.
The Ecole EAC strives to provide as-accurate-as possible information on its website However, in no event will it be liable for omissions, imprecisions and deficiencies in updates, regardless of them being made by the EAC themselves or by third parties providing such information.

Information found on the website is provided as an indication and may be updated. Additionally, information given on the website is not exhaustive. The information provided may be subject to modification after on-line publication.

In no event will the Ecole EAC be liable for any or damage including indirect or consequential damage to the user’s device when accessing the website, and arising from either the use of a device non-compliant with the specifications set in point 4, or from a bug or incompatibility.

If needed, the EAC reserves the right of implicate the civil and criminal liability of the user, namely in the event of racist, abusive, defamatory, pornographic messages, regardless of the means used (text, photographs).

In France, personal data is protected by law n°78-87 of 6 January 1978, by law 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, by article L 226-13 of the Penal Code and by the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

In no event will the Ecole EAC collect personal data of the user except for those related to the needs of certain services offered by the site Users provide such information willingly, since they insert data themselves.
