The Cultural Manager has a training that covers the whole spectrum of project management: from programmation to budgeting, passing by companies’ rights and artists’ and heritage rights, from taxation to communication, from security to mediation.
He is the one who can occupy official posts or first assistant positions in project management in all operational sectors, inside a cultural institution: production, diffusion, relations with the audience.
He defines communication and marketing strategies in order to enlarge the audience. He assists artists and coordinates the whole project. He can design, program events and frame their realization.
